Over 25 members of the ELEEP Network met in Brussels and the Netherlands from 14 until 18 May 2014 for the 3rd ELEEP Assembly. During the week, the Members engaged in a discussion and dialogue about energy and climate change policy, using the themes of the four previous study tours (energy efficiency; the water-energy-climate nexus; renewable energy and climate change; and urban development and transportation) as a jumping off point for discussion. Drawing on insights from the previous tours, the online discussions of the ELEEP Network, and debate during the week in Europe, the Members compiled this additional set of recommendations for European and American policy and decision makers.
