Sandra is the Business Development Manager for the Innovation Team at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center based in Boston where she helps support over 4,000 clean energy projects across Massachusetts. Previously she has worked for CB Information Services, IHS Emerging Energy Research, US Public Interest Group, and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Sandra earned her undergraduate degree in American Studies at Georgetown University and her Masters in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
