Scott Kuhlke is an energy professional with over six years dedicated experience in renewable energy development.  Scott is responsible for OwnEnergy’s project development efforts in New England, Mid-Atlantic and the Rocky Mountain region. In these regions, he leads efforts in project origination, land lease contracts, interconnection, permitting & regulatory issues, and power purchase contracts.

Prior to joining OwnEnergy, Scott was the Project Manager for Natenco, LLC, an Ontario-based wind energy developer, active in the province’s Feed-In-Tariff (FIT) and Standard Offer Program (RESOP) market. Prior to entering the North American wind energy market, he was a fellow of the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program, where he specialized in renewable energy outreach and development between Germany and the United States.

Scott lives in Brooklyn, NY, and holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado. In his free time, he’s active with the Kissena Cycling Club and searching for deep powder snow in the winter.
