Mr. Anthony A. Blow is a Portfolio Manager and Joint-Venture Director for Royal Dutch Shell; where he focuses on strategic investment advisory services on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and joint-ventures for oil, gas, logistics, and infrastructure projects. Anthony has traveled to nearly 60 countries; living in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, and led multinational teams on various projects in business, NGOs, and government. His previous experience includes economic and energy development consulting for Planet Finance South Africa and maritime consulting for the U.S. Coast Guard through the Potomac Management Group. As a medal-winning U.S. Merchant Marine Officer, Anthony served as a Navigation, Cargo, Logistics, & Safety Officer for the Department of Defense & U.S. Navy for USAFRICOM; serving across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Anthony studied for his Global Executive MBA at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in Spain, his M.S. in International Transportation Management and U.S. Coast Guard Mariners License from the State University of New York, Maritime College, and his B.A. in International Studies from Morehouse College.
