Danielle Fidler is an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  She was selected by the EPA and Brookings Institution for a year-long professional fellowship serving on the U.S. Senate Finance Committee staff.  At the EPA, she has worked at the Office of Environmental Compliance and Assurance, Office of the General Counsel’s International Environmental Law Office, and Environmental Appeals Board.  Prior to joining the EPA, she worked at the ABA-Central and East European Law Initiative in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and at Terris, Pravlik, & Millian LLP in Washington, D.C.  She received her J.D./M.A. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. in Philosophy-Political Science from Bryn Mawr College.
