David Noble is an institutional entrepreneur with 10 years experience, including 8 years leading and growing a start-up social enterprise operating globally in the field of climate change and sustainable energy. Since 2003, he has been the Founder and Managing Director of 2degreesC. He has also worked as a research associate at the University of Toronto Centre for Urban Health Initiatives, as an associate for climate change and energy at the International Institute for Sustainable Development, and as a Visiting Scholar in Transboundary Environmental Management at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Mr. Noble has an MSc in planning and international development and a BSc in Environmental Science, both from the University of Guelph.
