A communications expert with more than 15 years of professional experience in the nonprofit and public sector, Jennifer Haugh developed a passion for solving environmental problems through public art while serving as chair of the Minneapolis Arts Commission. She had worked for a congressman in Washington, D.C., a Minnesota arts advocacy organization, a youth orchestra, and American Public Media before earning her master’s in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is a May 2014 graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Design, having spent three years researching how the civic engagement process can spark dialogue and accelerate the advancement of renewable energy projects.
