Scott Holcomb represents District 81 in the Georgia House of Representatives where he serves as the Chief Deputy Whip of the House Democratic Caucus. He serves on the Public Safety and Homeland Security, Defense and Veterans Affairs, Higher Education, and Juvenile Justice Committees. Scott is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Principal with the Truman National Security Project.
