ELEEP Luncheon: G7 Energy Priorities

On May 23, 2016, ELEEP hosted a luncheon discussion on “G7 Energy Priorities” with representative speakers from the Embassies of Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Spain, as well as the US Departments of State and Energy. The discussion was moderated by current ELEEP Fellow Catrina Rorke, Senior Fellow at the R Street institute in Washington, DC.

ELEEP Policy Recommendations for Renewable Energy and Climate Change

Eleven ELEEP Members attended a study tour on renewable energy and climate change policies, traveling to Poland and Germany from 10 to 15 November 2013. Meetings were held in Warsaw, Berlin, and Hamburg, with Members meeting with researchers, climate policy negotiators, renewable energy project developers and more.

ELEEP Policy Recommendations for the Water-Energy-Climate Nexus

From 7 until 12 July 2013, ten members of the ELEEP Network took part in a study tour on the Energy-Water-Climate Change Nexus in the American Southwest. During the tour, ELEEP Members traveled to New Mexico (Santa Fe and Albuquerque), Arizona (Phoenix and Flagstaff), and Nevada (Hoover Dam and Las Vegas).

Water-Energy-Climate Nexus

As part of ELEEP's 18-month EU-US Energy and Climate Dialogue funded by the European Union, ten members of the ELEEP Network took part in a study tour on the Energy-Water-Climate Change Nexus in the American Southwest.

Energy Efficiency in the UK

From 14 until 19 April 2013, a group from the transatlantic Emerging Leaders in Environmental and Energy Policy Network (ELEEP) visited London and Aberdeen (Scotland) as part of a study tour on the topic of "Energy Efficiency in the UK."

Transatlantic Cooperation on Energy Security and Climate Change

The Emerging Leaders in Environmental and Energy Policy Network (ELEEP) hosted the Transatlantic Cooperation on Energy Security and Climate Change Conference on Thursday, 3 October 2013 at the Atlantic Council's headquarters in Washington, DC. Over 130 people attended, including 31 ELEEP Members.

Study Tour on American perspectives on energy, climate policy, and innovation
