ELEEP Policy Recommendations for Renewable Energy and Climate Change

Eleven ELEEP Members attended a study tour on renewable energy and climate change policies, traveling to Poland and Germany from 10 to 15 November 2013. Meetings were held in Warsaw, Berlin, and Hamburg, with Members meeting with researchers, climate policy negotiators, renewable energy project developers and more. Following the tour, the Members compiled a set of policy recommendations for policy makers and decision makers in the US and the EU interested in effective policy making in these areas.
